• All orders require 5-7 business days for production.
• During our Holiday Rush (Oct. 1 - Dec. 31), some items may take up to 21 days to create. Please plan ahead to receive your order in time for the holidays.

Tracking Your Order

• Some orders may be shipped in separate packages for logistical reasons.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Return Eligibility:
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Returns requested after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• All original packaging (including the clear plastic sleeve) and tags must be included.

Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please place a new order and return the original item.

Return Process:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed.

Return Shipping:
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, which is non-refundable.
For added security, we recommend using a trackable service or insuring your return, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of returned items.

Exceptions & Errors:

• Non-returnable items: Gift cards and stickers are non-returnable.
• Wrong size or item: If you receive the wrong size or item, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement. Be sure to include your order number and name.
• Address errors: Returns due to address errors will be refunded, minus the shipping cost.

International Orders:
All sales on international orders are final.

Sale Items:
Only regular-priced items are eligible for return. Sale items (including those purchased with discount codes) are non-refundable.
